'General Hospital' Releases Trigger Warning About Jan. 9 In Light Of Fires In L.A. County

General Hospital has taken steps to warn its viewers in the Los Angeles area that today’s episode may be too much to bear in light of the devastating fires. The size of the Palisades Fire and its evacuation zone had nearly doubled in size during a two-hour period last night and destroyed many parts of its namesake enclave, including portions of Palisades Village and, up the coast a bit, The Reel Inn and Topanga Ranch Motel on PCH at Topanga Canyon Boulevard. Another wildfire broke out to the east, in Eaton Canyon, near Pasadena, with local authorities forcing evacuations as a windstorm hits Southern California.
