‘Gen V’ Won’t Recast Chance Perdomo’s Role After Actor’s Death, Sets Production for May
Chance Perdomo's 'Gen V' character Andre Anderson will not be recast for Season 2 of 'The Boys' spinoff series.
Perdomo starred in the first season of “Gen V” as Andre Anderson, a student at Godolkin University who harnesses magnetic manipulation abilities. In the season finale, Andre — along with fellow students Marie Moreau (Jaz Sinclair), Jordan Li (Derek Luh and London Thor) and Emma Meyer (Lizze Broadway) — is last seen being held in a high-security facility after the massacre at Godolkin. Several cast members shared a separate joint statement paying tribute to Perdomo, including Maddie Phillips, Luh, Asa Germann, Broadway and Sean Patrick Thomas.
