‘Gasland’ Director Josh Fox Signs With 5X Media
Josh Fox, the director behind HBO's 'Gasland' documentaries, has signed with international studio and talent manager 5XMedia.
Past films include Awake, A Dream from Standing Rock for Netflix, How to Let Go of the World and Love (And All the Things Climate Can’t Change for HBO and his scripted feature Memorial Day,co-produced by Michael Stipe. “[5X Co-CEOs and equity partners with executive chairman Scott Einbinder] Gil Goldschein and Alon Shtruzman have made amazing things in their careers, shaking up TV. 5X has offices in LA, Cape Town in South Africa and Madrid in Spain, and has been building an international production, talent management and TV and film sales company that claims to be “uniquely positioned for the next generation of the entertainment and media business.” It launched in January 2023.
