'Freaknik: The Wildest Story Never Told,' executive produced by Jermaine Dupri, 21 Savage and Luther Campbell, premieres Thursday (March 21) on Hulu.
Taking viewers back to the roots, the documentary details how “Freaknik” started as a spring break picnic created by Black college students at an Atlanta HBCU in 1983. Dupri, 21 Savage, Luther Campbell are executive producers on the documentary alongside Terry “TR” Ross, Melissa Cooper, Alex Avant and Tresa Sanders. The documentary features Killer Mike, 21 Savage, Lil John, Dupri, Campbell, Too $hort, Erik Sermon, Jalen Rose, Shanti Das, former Atlanta mayor Kasim Reed and more.
