‘Freakier Friday’ Unveils 2025 Premiere Date for Lindsay Lohan, Jamie Lee Curtis Sequel
Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan's 'Freakier Friday,' the 'Freaky Friday' sequel, will be released on Aug. 8, 2025.
Disney unveiled the premiere date by sharing a screengrab of Anna (Lohan) and Tess (Curtis) holding their faces following their body swap with two younger girls. The Freakier Friday plot is set to follow Tess and Anna as they trade places with two 14-year-old girls, Harper and Lily. While visiting Andy Cohen’s SiriusXM show back in March, Lohan confirmed that a sequel for the iconic 2003 film was being worked on — though she refused to get into details about when it will come.
