'Forrest Gump' producer Wendy Finerman and 'American Ninja Warrior' host Matt Iseman are judging a short film comp centered on Posttraumatic Growth.
EXCLUSIVE: Academy Award winner Wendy Finerman, American Ninja Warrior host Matt Iseman, Revelations Entertainment boss Lori McCreary and This is Us star Jon Huertas are among the judges of a short film competition designed to celebrate healing and hope. They will form a judging panel for Hero’s Journey: The Posttraumatic Growth Story Challenge, which has been created by the Boulder Crest Foundation, in association with online community portal Tongal and New York’s Atlantic Productions. Filmmakers are being urged to submit films of 10 minutes or less, with three prizes of $2,500, $5,000 and $10,000 on offer to the winners, along with mentorship opportunities and a special screening of their work in front of executives at Soho House New York.
