'Forgotten' 90s popstar auditioned for The Voice in desperate bid to resurrect career

I Can Make You Feel Good singer Kavana auditioned for The Voice in 2012, but sadly his attempt to get his music career back on track didn't work out as he'd hoped

The I Can Make You Feel Good singer who was 35 years old when he auditioned graced TV screens on the singing competition show and performed a rendition of Don't Dream It's Over, originally recorded by Crowded House. Looking back to the 90s, Kavana, real name Anthony Kavanagh, was working at McDonald's when he wowed Take That's manager with an impromptu demo tape performance, which led to his teenage dreams coming true. While his music career has returned to its 90s heyday, Kavana has appeared on other TV shows in the UK including The Big Reunion in 2013 where he became a part of a band with other popstars Dane Bowers, Gareth Gates, Kenzie and Adam Rickett.
