'Ferrari' producer Niels Juul's No Fat Ego ramps up as Mark Williams ("Ozark") boards series on Adidas Founder
Independent film producer Niels Juul, whose credits include “Ferrari” and “Killers of the Flower Moon,” is ramping up operations and setting up an office in Rome as well as a base in Denmark. They will be joining No Fat Ego in addition to the current development team comprising Kelsey Kummerl, who heads up NFE’s Los Angeles office, and Thomas Ernst, who will lead the base in Denmark. Other projects in the No Fat Ego pipeline include “The Glowing Man,” a biopic tracing the rise of Ole Henriksen from a small-town Danish dreamer to Hollywood’s skincare guru, which is being co-produced with Nordisk Film in partnership with global luxury leader LVMH; and “Ellen,” the true tale of Ellen Nielsen, a single mother of six who, between 1943-44, stood against the Nazis during World War II and provided safe passage for over 100 Jews from Denmark to Sweden.
