‘Exhuma’ Becomes Most Successful Korean Film In Vietnam
'Exhuma' has become the most popular Korean film ever at the Vietnamese box office.
Directed by Jang Jae-hyun, Exhuma(Korean title: Pa-myo) has recorded more than 2.23 million moviegoers in Vietnam as of March 31. The supernatural thriller follows two shamans, a feng shui expert and an undertaker as they seek to help a Korean-American family haunted by a generational curse. As of April 1, Exhuma has achieved in more than 11 million admissions at the Korean box office and raked in $11.6M since its domestic release on February 22.
