'Euphoria' star Hunter Schafer was taken into police custody after a pro-Palestine protest in New York.

Pro-Palestinian demonstrators gathered at the NBC headquarters in New York City on Monday afternoon to disrupt Biden’s appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers, and demand the President call for a full ceasefire in the Israel-Hamas war. Last October, more than 50 celebrities, including Jennifer Lopez, Drake, Ben Affleck, Jordan Peele, Cate Blanchett, Jessica Chastain, Joaquin Phoenix, and Jon Stewart, signed an open letter to Biden asking him to “call for an immediate de-escalation and ceasefire in Gaza and Israel before another life is lost.” That same month, Spyglass Media fired Melissa Barrera from “Scream VII” after the actress accused Israel of “genocide and ethnic cleansing” and “brutally killing innocent Palestinians, mothers and children, under the pretence of destroying Hamas.”
