‘Elton John: Never Too Late’ Set For European Premiere At London Film Festival

The synopsis reads: As he prepares for his final concert in North America at Dodger Stadium, the legendary singer recountsthe highs and lows of his early years and how he overcame adversity, abuse, and addiction to become the icon he is today. Elise Pearlstein, Mark Blatty, Luke Lloyd Davies, Rachael Paley, Jane Cha Cutler, and John Battsek serve as executive producers. Directed, produced, and written by McQueen, the film follows the epic journey of George (Elliott Heffernan), a 9-year-old boy in World War II London whose mother Rita (Saoirse Ronan) sends him to safety in the English countryside.
