‘Elsbeth’ Casts Mary Louise Parker and David Alan Grier as Guest Stars (EXCLUSIVE)
Mary Louise Parker and David Alan Grier have joined CBS' 'Elsbeth' as Season 2 guest stars.
Parker, best known for her star turn in Showtime’s “Weeds,” will play Freya, a decluttering guru with a minimalist lifestyle brand and a controlling personality. “Elsbeth” is a police procedural dramedy that typically functions as a “howcatchem” mystery show rather than a “whodunit,” meaning the audience usually knows who the murderer is at the beginning of the episode. She’ll next star in Paramount’s limited series “The Gray House,” and she’s seen alongside Ayo Edebiri in “Omni Loop,” which premiered at SXSW in 2024.
