‘Dunkirk’ And ‘Tenet’ Designer Nathan Crowley To Be Feted At Camerimage Film Festival

Poland’s Camerimage Film Festival will hand its Special Award for a Production Designer to six-time Oscar nominee Nathan Crowley during this year’s edition, which runs November 16-23 in Toruń. Beyond the screen, Crowley has designed four exhibitions for the Costume Institute at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, which accompanied the Met Gala and collaborated with Sofia Coppola on La Traviata at the Teatro dell’Opera di Roma. Directed, produced, and written by McQueen, the film follows the epic journey of George, a 9-year-old boy in World War II London whose mother Rita sends him to safety in the English countryside.
