‘Downton Abbey 3’ star Hugh Bonneville said the movie will be a ‘great lasting tribute’ to late actress Maggie Smith, who died in September at 89

Bonneville, who plays Robert Crawley, the Earl of Grantham, in the franchise, starred opposite Smith in six seasons of PBS’ award-winning Downton and two spinoff movies. To modern audiences, Smith is best remembered as Professor Minerva McGonagall in the Harry Potter franchise and the Reverend Mother in the Sister Act movies. Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and more members of the Harry Potter cast are mourning costar Dame Maggie Smith, who died at age 89 on Friday, September 27.
