‘Diablo IV: Vessel of Hatred’ Gets a Digital Release

Less than a year-and-a-half after its release in June 2023, the very popular online role-playing game “Diablo IV” is getting a new expansion pack that introduces new characters, locations and narratives to the lore of Sanctuary. So when you look at ‘Diablo IV,’ it takes place on what we call Eastern Continent,” explains Rod Fergusson, video game producer and general manager at Activision Blizzard, to Variety. As for the DLC itself, “ Vessel of Hatred ” introduces new enemies, including monstrous insects and corrupted humanoids, in a jungle setting, while it features a new endgame dungeon for online co-op play.
