‘Dexter’ Shocker: Michael C. Hall to Return for ‘Resurrection’ Sequel Series and Lend Voiceover to ‘Original Sin’ Prequel
At Comic-Con, Paramount+ announced Michael C. Hall will narrate the 'Dexter: Original Sin' and return for a sequel series.
The 10-episode prequel is set in 1991, 15 years before the events of “Dexter,” following the lead character (Gibson) “as he transitions from student to avenging serial killer.” It will debut on Paramount+ With Showtime in December. With the guidance of his father, Harry, he adopts a Code designed to help him find and kill people who deserve to be eliminated from society without getting on law enforcement’s radar. Patrick Dempsey also stars in the series as Aaron Spencer, the Captain of the Miami Metro Homicide who has a longstanding relationship with Harry.
