‘Dexter’ Prequel Series ‘Original Sin’ Sets Premiere Date, Drops First Teaser
The prequel series "Dexter: Original Sin" has set its premiere date on Paramount+ with Showtime.
The official series descriptions states that it takes place in Miami in 1991 and “follows Dexter (Patrick Gibson) as he transitions from student to avenging serial killer. With the guidance of his father, Harry (Christian Slater), he adopts a Code designed to help him find and kill people who deserve to be eliminated from society without getting on law enforcement’s radar. The cast of the series also includes Patrick Dempsey, Molly Brown, James Martinez, Christina Milian, Alex Shimizu, Reno Wilson and special guest star Sarah Michelle Gellar.
