‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ Concept Art Reveals the Deadpool Variants That Never Made It, Including the ‘Wolverpool’ Hybrid of Both Superheroes
"Deadpool & Wolverine" concept art reveals some of the Deadpool variants that did not make it into the finished movie, including Wolverpool.
Ryan Reynolds recently shared to his Instagram story a post from “Deadpool & Wolverine” concept artist David Masson that mocks up the design that was being planned for Wolverpool before it was decided not to bring this Deadpool variant into the movie. Masson also shared concept art for Punkpool, a Deadpool variant sporting a spiked leather jacket and some serious anarchist energy. Since opening at the end of July, “Deadpool & Wolverine” has become the highest-grossing R rated theatrical release of all time with $1.15 billion at the worldwide box office.
