Actress Arianne Zucker can proceed with a disputed part of her lawsuit against the producers behind her former show, Days of Our Lives, alleging discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, a Los Angeles County judge ruled Thursday. This new decision in the case, obtained by Entertainment Weekly, focused on whether Zucker could seek a formal judicial order under California's business code. Alarr departed the daytime show in August 2023, in the wake of accusations that he made inappropriate comments, groped and forcibly kissed cast members, bullied and intimidated, as well as targeted women for layoffs.
