On his part, Cox focused on how the Disney Plus show continues to escalate the stakes established in the Netflix incarnation of the project, teasing that Kingpin and Matt Murdock don’t have it in them to meet on good terms after all they’ve been through. Given the trailer for Daredevil: Born Again already teased the death of someone close to Matt Murdock and Kingpin becoming mayor of New York City, it’s hard to imagine how the Disney Plus series could get even crazier.
