The main fear that fans had when it was announced that Daredevil: Born Again would be revived for Disney Plus was that Marvel would tone down the project’s violence in favor of general audiences. According to producer Brad Winderbaum during a recent interview with ABC at their On The Red Carpet Storytellers Spotlight event during D23, the project is just as dark and complex as shows like Game of Thrones. Early set videos suggest that the anti-hero’s actions during the course of the Disney Plus series will inspire copycats, which brings civilians to blows with one of the most iconic heroes of Marvel’s B-list.
