‘Citadel: Diana’ Trailer: Prime Video’s Italian Installment Stars Matilda De Angelis as an Undercover Agent Behind Enemy Lines
Prime Video has dropped the first trailer for its spy series 'Citadel: Diana,' starring Italy’s Matilda De Angelis as an undercover agent.
The six-episode show – which marks the streamer’s most ambitious Italian original to date – is the country’s installment of Prime Video’s high-concept “Citadel” franchise that debuted in April 2023. De Angelis, a rising Italian star, made her international breakthrough in Susanne Bier’s “The Undoing,” alongside Nicole Kidman and Hugh Grant. The only way out is by trusting a most unexpected ally, Edo Zani, the heir of Manticore Italy and son of Ettore, the head of the Italian organization, who is vying for the evil syndicate’s leadership against other European families.
