‘Chucky’s Jennifer Tilly, Devon Sawa & Don Mancini React To Cancelation, Tease Future Of Franchise: “He Always Comes Back”
After Friday's cancelation of the Syfy series, the cast and creator of 'Chucky' teased the future of the franchise.
Following Friday’s news that the Child’s Play spin-off series will end after three seasons, creator Don Mancini continued to tease the killer doll’s onscreen future amid a #RenewChucky fan campaign as he and the show’s stars reacted to its cancelation. Arthur continued, “Needless to say, today’s outcome is not what he had hoped for, but Mancini, who also created and wrote [the] movie franchise, remained graceful in his reaction, vowing that this is not Chucky’s last spree.” Alyvia Alyn Lind, who played Lexy Cross, bid farewell to fans with a bloody behind-the-scenes selfie on her Insta Story.
