The 42-year-old reality legend – Chloe was the longest-serving cast member of the ITVBe show until she left in 2021 – has spent the last 18 months on the California coast and says the time away from Essex has changed her mentally, physically and emotionally. We’re catching up with Chloe while she’s back here in the UK during a break from filming her reality TV show House of Sims. Chloe says the old version of herself was almost consumed by seeking perfection and she admits that she had the “strictest gym routine and diet” in the UK, involving meal preps and low-calorie foods.
