‘Chicago Med’: Dominic Rains Exits After 5 Seasons
Chicago Med fans' fears following the Season 9 finale have materialized: Dr. Crockett Marcel is checking out of the Gaffney Chicago Medical Center.
The boy died after Crockett canceled his planned liver transplant because of an infection over the father’s pleas that not proceeding with the surgery would be a death sentence for his son. Chicago Med follows the emotional day-to-day chaos of the city’s newest state-of-the-art trauma center and the lives of the doctors, nurses and staff who hold it all together. Chicago Med is undergoing a major transition heading into next fall, with co-showrunners Diane Frolov and Andy Schneider stepping down after nine years.
