The documentary about a beloved Colorado Mexican-style restaurant premiered on Paramount+ on Wednesday (Oct. 2).
The new documentary released via Paramount+ on Wednesday (Oct. 2), chronicles the highs and lows of a beloved Mexican restaurant in Colorado and its connection to South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone. When Parker and Stone heard that it might close, they stepped up to save Casa Bonita, but preserving the crumbling structure turned out to be more work than they expected.
