‘California Skate’: 1970’s Roller Disco Pic Stars Henry Winkler, Bridget Moynahan, Brooke Shields, Jay Mohr, Monique Coleman & More; See First Images
Filming has wrapped in California on the nostalgia-fuelled movie about 1970s roller disco.
They are joined by up-and-comers Jahi Di’Allo Winston ( Queen & Slim), Caleb Baumann ( Doom Patrol), Kayli Tran ( The Boys), Hayden Carson Begley ( Walled In) and newcomer Elliot Gilbert Adler ( The Connors). Set under the neon lights of a roller rink in 1979, the film follows a group of teens who experience a night that changes their lives forever, discovering first loves, new friendships, and the thrill of growing up. Executive producers are Bernie Kukoff and Marc R. Gordon, and co-producers are Bridget Moynahan, Cheryl Bayer, and Wendy Eley Jackson.
