When Serenity’s Sheriff is murdered, however, Grace finds herself dragged back into crime fighting by Joey, a local veterinarian and amateur sleuth determined to protect the town she loves. Nix is perhaps best known as the creator of the USA Network’s long-running series Burn Notice starring Jeffrey Donovan, Gabrielle Anwar, Bruce Campbell, Sharon Gless and Coby Bell.
