‘Bring Her Back’ Trailer: Sally Hawkins Is a Bloody Foster Mom in ‘Talk to Me’ Directors’ New Horror Film at A24
A24 has debuted the first trailer for 'Bring Her Back,' the latest horror film from the directors behind 'Talk to Me.'
While the footage typically obfuscates the narrative details around the film’s occult thrills, the logline confirms that the story follows a brother and sister who uncover a horrifying ritual in their foster mother’s home. Some of the more striking images featured include found-footage from an early digital camera, a bird’s-eye of a prayer circle and Sally Hawkins putting her bloody hand upon a window. “Talk to Me” also cleaned up at the next year’s Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts awards, winning prizes for best picture, best director and best actress.
