‘Boston Blue’ Casts Danny Reagan’s New Partner: See Which Actress Will Be Joining ‘Blue Bloods’ Offshoot Series
Boston Blue has officially cast an actress to play Donnie Wahlberg's character Danny Reagan's new partner at the Boston PD in the Blue Bloods offshoot.
Fans might know Sonequa, 40, from her previous roles as Sasha in The Walking Dead, Michael Burnham in the Star Trek franchise, Rhonda in New Girl, Tamara in Once Upon a Time, Michelle Terry in NYC 22, Courtney Wells in The Good Wife, Kanessa Jones in Army Wives and many more memorable acting appearances. “Our 2025-2026 primetime schedule boasts a star-studded lineup of returning hit shows and new exciting series from top creators and producers,” said Amy Reisenbach, president of CBS Entertainment.
