‘Bosch’ Renee Ballard Spinoff Adds Amy Hill, Michael Mosley, Rebecca Field, Victoria Moroles to Cast
The "Bosch" spinoff centered on cold case detective Renee Ballard is rounding out its main cast.
The quartet will appear alongside previously announced series lead Maggie Q as well as cast members Courtney Taylor and John Carroll Lynch. Mosley will appear in the role of Ted Rawls, who is described as “a reserve officer who has reluctantly been assigned to cold cases to keep an eye on Ballard.” Field will play Colleen Hatteras, said to be “an enthusiastic and eccentric volunteer who believes her ‘intuitions’ could be helpful in solving cases.” Moroles will play Martina Castro, “a sharp legal intern who is eager to prove her worth to the department.” Finally, Hill will star as Tutu, “Ballard’s spunky grandma and biggest source of support.” When she uncovers a larger conspiracy during her investigations, she’ll lean on the assistance of her retired ally, Harry Bosch, to navigate the dangers that threaten both her unit and her life.”
