'Boob god' plastic surgeon Lenny Hochstein and RHOM's Lisa Hochstein settle defamation suit over abuse claims
Lisa Hochstein and her ex-husband Lenny Hochstein have finally reached a settlement to the defamation lawsuit he filed against her in late 2023.
A notice of settlement was filed on April 2, and documents obtained by DailyMail.com show that Lenny has agreed to drop his request for damages exceeding $50,000. In Lenny's defamation lawsuit against his ex, he also accused her of having an affair with her current boyfriend, Jody Glidden, and he derisively dubbed her the 'real "homewrecker" of Miami.' Later that month he debuted his relationship with girlfriend Katharina Mazepa, who finalized her own divorce in April 2023; seen in July 2023 in Miami Gardens, Florida
