‘Blue Bloods’ Fans Hope Underdog Character Gets Future Spinoff After Show’s Season 14 Finale
Blue Bloods fans have been coming up with great ideas regarding how the CBS police show could continue with a spinoff after coming to an end in season 14.
“Since Joe first met his Reagan family, he’s gone through a steady whirlwind of change and, importantly, growth,” the New York native told TV Insider in November 2024. But I will offer that the five seasons that Joe has been a character on Blue Bloods has been a necessary journey for him,” he said, one month before the show’s series finale was set to air on CBS. The show ends with Joe having arrived more fully into his own life, feeling grateful for this group of people he finally gets to call his family.
