‘Beetlejuice Beetlejuice’ Holds Top Spot at U.K., Ireland Box Office, ‘Speak No Evil’ Debuts Strong


Warner Bros.' 'Beetlejuice Beetlejuice' held the lead at the U.K. and Ireland box office for a second consecutive weekend, earning $5.6 million.

Universal’s newcomer “ Speak No Evil ” secured the second position with a £1.4 million debut, while Studiocanal’s “ Lee ” entered the chart at number three with £705,643. The National Theatre’s re-release of filmed play “ Prima Facie – NT Live 2022″ landed in fourth place, adding £556,470 to its total of £1.4 million. On Sept. 20 the wide release is Mubi’s Cannes and Toronto-winning body horror “The Substance,” starring Demi Moore, Margaret Qualley and Dennis Quaid.
