‘Beef’: Youn Yuh-jung Joins Season 2 Of Netflix Anthology Series
Oscar winner Yuh-Jung Youn (Minari, Pachinko) has been tapped as a lead in Season 2 of Netflix's anthology series 'Beef'.
EXCLUSIVE: Oscar winner Youn Yuh-jung ( Minari, Pachinko) has been tapped as a lead opposite Oscar Isaac, Carey Mulligan, Charles Melton and Cailee Spaeny in Season 2 of Netflix ‘s anthology series Beef, from creator, executive producer and showrunner Lee Sung Jin and A24. In the 8-episode new installment, a young couple (Spaeny, Melton) witnesses an alarming fight between their boss (Isaac) and his wife (Mulligan), triggering chess moves of favors and coercion in the elitist world of a country club and its Korean billionaire owner (Youn). She currently stars in Apple TV+’s period drama Pachinko, which is awaiting word on a potential third season, and will next be seen in the romantic comedy The Wedding Banquet, a remake of the Ang Lee movie.
