‘Bargain Block’ Renewed For Season 4 At HGTV; New Orleans-Set Spinoff Gets Greenlight
HGTV has renewed its hit Detroit-based home renovation series Bargain Block and ordered a five-episode spinoff series, Bargain Block: New Orleans.
Both series will star reno experts and partners Keith Bynum and Evan Thomas as they restore neighborhoods in Detroit and New Orleans, one house at a time. With help from real estate expert Shea Hicks-Whitfield, the duo create affordable, stylish and fully furnished homes that are ideal for first-time homebuyers. “Millions of home renovation enthusiasts have tuned in to see Keith, Evan and Shea’s passion for improving Detroit communities in Bargain Block for three seasons, making it a strong ratings driver for the network,” said Loren Ruch, Head of Content, HGTV.
