‘Ballerina’ Pushed to 2025 as ‘The Crow’ Moves Into June 2024 Release Date

"The Crow" will take over the "Ballerina" release date of June 7, 2024. Lionsgate has also added an untitled Guy Ritchie film slated for Jan. 2025.

Studio insiders say Chad Stahelski, who oversees “John Wick” franchise along with Basil Iwanyk and Erica Lee at Thunder Road, is working closely with “Ballerina” director Len Wiseman on additional action sequences for the film. Starring Ana de Armas Anjelica Huston, Gabriel Byrne, Lance Reddick, Catalina Sandino Moreno and Norman Reedus, with Ian McShane and Keanu Reeves, “Ballerina” is written by Shay Hatten, based on characters created by Derek Kolstad and produced by Basil Iwanyk, Erica Lee, and Chad Stahelski. Given the chance to save his true love by sacrificing himself, Eric sets out to seek merciless revenge on their killers, traversing the worlds of the living and the dead to put the wrong things right.
