‘Bad Sisters’ Creator Sharon Horgan Plans To Bring Julia May Jonas’ ‘Vladimir’ Adaptation To Screen


'Bad Sisters' creator Sharon Horgan has hopes to develop an adaptation of Julia May Jones' novel 'Vladimir' for the screen.

The book tells the story of a college professor who cultivates an obsession with a new faculty member on campus after her husband becomes embroiled in a sexual misconduct controversy. She also named Hemingway’s The Sun Also Rises, Jennette McCurdy’s I’m Glad My Mom Died and Irvin D. Yalom’s Love’s Executioner as favorite books of hers. Bad Sisters Season 2 began unfolding on Apple TV+ with new episodes arriving Wednesdays in the sophomore installment of the dark comedy series.
