Marisa Abela and Steven SoderberghGetty Images EXCLUSIVE: With her Amy Winehouse biopic Back To Black bowing this spring, Focus Features looks to be high on the star of that film as they have set Marisa Abela to join Michael Fassbender, Cate Blanchett and Rege-Jean Page in the Focus Feature thriller Black Bag, directed by Steven Soderbergh. Deadline broke the news last month that Focus had landed the hot package after it hit the market and the plan is to shoot this spring. Best known for her breakout role in HBO’s Industry, Abela is expected to get a big boost this year in the leading lady category with her highly anticipated performance as musician Amy Winehouse in Focus and StudioCanal’s Back To Black.
