‘Bachelor’ Sean Lowe Reveals He Was Attacked By His Dog and Rushed to ER: ‘Fighting for My Life’

Sean Lowe recounted fighting off his family's dog, Moose, which required two ER visits. He added he now 'misses' the rescue, 'as weird as that sounds.'

Alongside wife Catherine Giudici, The Bachelor star, 41, recounted both incidents, which left him “bleeding badly” and required two separate trips to the emergency room. The cuts into Sean’s arms were so deep, he remembered that his “first thought” was: “I think that dog may have nicked an artery.” His friends rushed him to the ER, where he received stitches to stop the bleeding in “five or six different places.” Less than 12 hours later, as Sean’s parents arrived to pick up their kids to keep them out of the house and away from the situation, Moose got loose and attacked him again, necessitating another trip to the ER and even more stitches after he held the 7-year-old dog to the ground while waiting for the police.
