‘Baby Lemmings’: WBD & France Televisions Board Hari’s “Gentle Slapstick” Toon From ‘Grizzy’ Franchise
'Grizzy & the Lemmings' is expanding with 'Baby Lemmings,' with Warner Bros Discovery's Cartoon Network and France Televisions onboard again.
Paris-based IP firm Hari has put Baby Lemmings, a “gentle slapstick” CGI-animated series running to 78 seven-minute episodes, into production after boarding WBD and France Télévisions. French pubcaster France Télévisions, Cartoon Network and Hari teamed for the original Grizzy & the Lemmings, which has run for four seasons since first launching back in 2015. “At first glance, blending the craziness of slapstick with the gentle nature of preschool content seemed an impossible task,” said Hari co-founder Josselin However, it’s in the core DNA of the lemmings to be playful.
