‘Avengers: Secret Wars’ Rumor Teases Josh Brolin Is In Talks To Return As Thanos

Is Thanos on his way back to the MCU? A new rumor suggests that Josh Brolin is currently in talks to make his return in Avengers: Secret Wars.

Given Avengers: Secret Wars is already bringing back plenty of old actors to reprise their iconic characters, it’s certain the studio has some reason to explain their appearances. In the comics, King Thanos is a version of the Mad Titan that successfully conquered a universe and killed every last living thing inside of it. The character is already set to make his debut in the Disney California Adventure ride Avengers: Infinity Defense, meaning he already has a design ready for Josh Brolin to slip himself into.
