‘Avengers: Doomsday’ Rumor Suggests Kevin Feige Is ‘Hands On’ Due To The Russo Brothers’ Spotty Record

Is Avengers: Doomsday in serious trouble? A new rumor suggests Kevin Feige may be guiding the Russo Brothers more than some fans may expect.

One of the most beautiful things about the MCU is that, while producers like Kevin Feige oversee the larger canon and continuity, each individual story is crafted by the cast and the crew making it. A new rumor from Hollywood insider DanielRPK suggests that the MCU mastermind is keeping a close eye on Avengers: Doomsday thanks to the Russo Brothers’ recent string of flops like The Gray Man and The Electric State, the latter of which had a monstrous $320 million budget and has gone down as one of the worst films to ever come from a major streamer like Netflix. Robert Downey Jr. alone is set to add a $50 million line item for each film, not counting backend points and additional amenities that he secured in his original contract negotiations with Kevin Feige.
