‘American Idol’ Season 23’s Hollywood Week Sees Strong Gains In 3-Day Viewership


Season 23 of American Idol is seeing a nice audience increase as the season progresses

Within three days of multi-platform viewing, the audience had ballooned to 6.69M viewers, packing well ahead of the season’s average viewership (6.13M), per ABC. American Idol ‘s Monday performance was also quite impressive, especially considering the tough competition not only from regular its time-slot rival The Voice but also from the NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship. Two new episodes of American Idol are now available to stream on Hulu and Disney+ after the top 24 performances wrapped up Monday night from Disney’s Aulani Resort.
