The singer shared a comment on social media just days after Katy Perry announced she was leaving the singing competition show as a judge.

Jordin’s latest message comes after Katy shocked American Idol viewers when she announced she was leaving the show after seven seasons. “Actually, this fall, in September, I’m going to be doing this huge music festival in Brazil called Rock in Rio, it’s really exciting, it’s a big deal for people all over the world, especially for my Brazilian fans. I think this will probably be my last show, my last season for Idol,” Katy said during an interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live earlier this week.
