'America's Got Talent' to Get Golden Buzzer Rule Change for 2024's Season 19, Judges React

There’s a major rule change coming for the upcoming 19th season of America’s Got Talent and it will help several contestants move forward in the competition. Terry told Us Weekly, “There’s so many times we needed to give a Golden Buzzer and you ran out. Howie said, “When we first got note of the Golden Buzzer, originally, I thought, ‘Wow.’ There are moments where you just go, ‘Wow,’ and your jaw just drops on that desk and you don’t know how to express it and the power of being able to say, ‘Wow,’ with your hand on a Golden Buzzer and push somebody right to the live shows was amazing.”
