Emily Gold, a contestant on the current season of America's Got Talent, has died. She was 17.
The Los Osos High School student reached the quarter-finals of the NBC reality competition alongside her dance troupe earlier this year. Early this morning, a senior and beloved Grizzly, Emily Gold, has passed away,” read a message from Los Osos High School Principal Eric Cypher to parents and students. The dance troupe from Los Osos High School made it to the quarterfinals and was eliminated in the episode that aired on August 14.
