'All That' star Lori Beth Denberg says Nickelodeon's Dan Schneider showed her porn, initiated phone sex, and lashed out on set

Nickelodeon execs knew about Dan Schneider's "abuse and mistreatment" for years and failed to protect actors, Lori Beth Denberg says.

In a 2022 BI investigation, people who worked with Schneider said he requested on-set massages, pushed for young actors to wear revealing costumes, and inserted sexual innuendos into his shows. Around 2000, Denberg said she told Albie Hecht, then the president of film and TV at Nickelodeon, and Brian Robbins, the cocreator of "All That,"that she was worried about how Schneider treated the actor Amanda Bynes. Once, when Robbins wasn't on set, Schneider made Denberg wait more than an hour on the chilly soundstage, freezing and soaking wet, to film a sketch as "Sweaty Woman."
