'All That' alums Giovonnie Samuels and Bryan Hearne allege 'torture' sketches and say they were 'overlooked' as the few Black child actors on Dan Schneider's set.

In one dare, Hearne recalled being covered in peanut butter and then being licked by dogs, claiming that the opposition he voiced to the sketch was ignored.
