‘Alert: Missing Persons Unit’ Renewed For Season 3 By Fox
Fox has given a Season 3 pickup to Alert: Missing Persons Unit, a renewal that had been expected.
There is an additional benefit to filming Seasons 2 and 3 back-to-back — Fox will have fresh episodes of the series in case production is disrupted by an IATSE strike this summer. Each episode features a search for a missing person headed by detectives Jason Grant (Caan) and Nikki Batista (Ramirez). Jason brings his old friend in to help with the case: master hacker Wayne Pascal (Alisha-Marie Ahamed), who he worked with in Afghanistan.
